Dad was a man of a few words but once you got him going, he’d grumble about everything with anybody.
When asked a question, he’d respond with “Ya” or a grunt. Everything was a treasure and he kept them
around just in case it was needed. He was our go-to fixer–and knew how to fix everything and anything,
even if he had to “jerry rig it”. One of his greatest enjoyments was working in his shop and later in life
hanging out in his handmade man-cave. He had a passion for cars, motorcycles, mowing his lawn and Big
Foot. His guilty yet simple pleasures in life were Sun Drop, jelly-filled sugar donuts, and candy. Twice a
year he looked forward to his travels to Florida with his wife, where they would bask in all of its glory.
Above all, when anybody needed anything, Dad was always there.
We love you, Dad! Until we meet again…
