(Reuters) – Auto retailer Sonic Automotive said on Friday that the ongoing CDK cyber outage had impacted its dealer management systems.
The announcement came as CDK’s outage has entered its third consecutive day, impacting automobile dealers across the United States.
Sonic said its dealerships were open, using workaround solutions to minimize the disruption caused by the outage.
The company also said it was unable to determine whether the outage would impact its financial condition, but it did have a “negative impact” on operations.
