Manitowoc County authorities are seeking witnesses and any additional victims of an accused child sex offender. 46-year-old Toby C. Graves of Fond du Lac was arrested last week Friday in Michicot on charges of Soliciting an Intimate Representation from a Minor, Attempted 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, Use of a Computer to Facilitate a Child Sex Crime, Exposing a Child to Harmful Materials, and Attempted Delivery of TCH.
Those charges resulted from a proactive online investigation into such activity begun earlier this month when they detected Graves’ online attempt to meet up with a child for sex. He is in the Manitowoc County Jail on $25,000 bond pending his trial.
