MILWAUKEE, WI (WHBL) – Ben Gamel hit a 5th inning two-run homer for the Milwaukee Brewers’ only runs of the night as they fell to the Chicago White Sox 3-2 at Miller Park Tuesday night.
Eloy Jimenez belted a two-run homer for Chicago in the sixth to knot the game at 2-all. Jose Abreu’s RBI single in the seventh inning broke the tie and ultimately gave the White Sox the win.
Devin Williams gave up one run in his inning of relief to take the loss for Milwaukee, which lost its second in a row.
The 4-game series continues Wednesday night, but with a change of scenery. The Brewers will be at Chicago both Wednesday and Thursday nights.
