Catherine Mary Grosskreutz, age 67, of Green Bay, died unexpectedly on Thursday, February 22, 2024. She was born in Ohio on June 7, 1956, the daughter of the late Bruce and Eunice Klein Baker.
Catherine attended Sheboygan North High School. She was employed at Kondex Corporation in Lomira, WI for over 10 years.
She enjoyed watching movies, going for a drive, gardening, baking, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. Catherine was also an animal lover. She was a mother and best friend to her children, and grandchildren.
Survivors include her three daughters, Dawn Flores, of Ligonier, Indiana, Cortney Grosskreutz, and Ashley (Ryan) Le Sage, both of Green Bay; six grandchildren, Alejandro “Alex”, Robert “Xavier”, Jazmin, Gabriella, Lillian, and Ares; four great-grandchildren, Nicholas “Nico”, Andre “Dre”, Allianna, and Eunice; four brothers, Charles Baker, Bruce Baker, Jeffrey Baker, and Jerry (Cathy) Baker; and her soulmate and best friend, Margo Beseler. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Catherine was preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial service for Catherine will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th Street, Sheboygan. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Saturday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Catherine’s name. A heart felt thank you is extended to the staff at Aurora Bay Care in Green Bay, for the compassion and care that was given to her.
