Street Closures to Impact Far East Side Traffic For a Week+

Street closures will affect some far east-side traffic for the next 10 days due to some construction work.  The Sheboygan DPW said the closures of both Wisconsin Avenue and Washington Court between Broughton Drive and Franklin Street will begin today.  Residents of those roadways either side of the YMCA will have access, but through-traffic will need to use alternate routes; Broughton Drive traffic, however, won’t be interrupted.

While weather can affect work schedules – especially during winter – the DPW said that the two streets should reopen to traffic on Thursday, January 25.
