Mary Roth Warden, age 95, of Sheboygan, passed away on November 12, 2023
at Sharon Richardson Hospice.
Mary was born on July 9, 1928, in Sheboygan to Carl and Lillian (Wittrock) Roth.
She graduated from Central High School in 1946. On July 31, 1948, she married
Richard Warden at the White Lake Cottage, built by her father Carl. Mary worked
in medical records at Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center, retiring in 1993 after
over 25 years. She loved summers at White Lake, sailing, swimming (into her
90’s!) and spending time with family. She was a faithful member of St. Mark
Lutheran Church.
Mary is survived by her children, son Marty (Rosemary) Warden of Suring and
their children Andrea (Brian), Carol (Ty), Christina (Jack), and Daniel, daughter
Cindy (Wayne) Ver Duin of Sheboygan Falls, and their children Megan and Kelly,
and son David (Kim) Warden of Sheboygan, and their children Sara and Jenna.
Also left to cherish her memory are her great-grandchildren Max, Alex, Katarina,
Jackson and Luke. She is further survived by her special friend and neighbor, Bev.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard, her son Rick (Vietnam), her
brother Carl John, and sister-in-law Dorothy (Ken) Bergmeier.
The family would like to send special thanks to the wonderful staff at Sharon
Richardson Hospice for their care and compassion.
A private family celebration will be held at a later date.
