The man who provided the drugs that resulted in death will spend 4 years behind bars for the crime. The sentence was imposed in Sheboygan County Court on Tuesday after Kendall Acoff of Milwaukee reached a plea deal.
Instead of risking up to 40 years on a First Degree Reckless Homicide charge, Acoff pleaded no contest to 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety as well as a felony drug charge. He was tied to the February, 2022 death of a man on Maine Avenue in Adell through text messages between him and the victim.
After serving his sentence, Acoff will spend another 4 years on extended supervision.
