GREEN BAY, WI (WHBL) – The Green Bay Packers shut down the Los Angeles Rams in the second half on their way to a 20-3 victory at Lambeau Field on Sunday afternoon.
Green Bay outscored L.A. 13-0 after halftime, with Jordan Love firing a 20-yard touchdown pass to Luke Musgrave late in the fourth quarter to seal the win. Love passed for 228 yards and a touchdown in the victory, and Aaron Jones added a score on the ground.
The Packers held Los Angeles under 200 yards of offense and snapped a four-game losing streak.
Brett Rypien started for an injured Matthew Stafford and threw for 130 yards and an interception in the loss. The Rams have lost three in-a-row to slip to 3-6 on the season.
The Pack improved to 3-5 and are in third place in the NFC North. They’ll head to Pittsburgh to play the Steelers next Sunday.
