There were only minor injuries after a head-on crash on Highway 57 in the Town of Rhine.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s office says the crash happened shortly before 8 O’clock Friday night when a car heading Northbound on 57 crossed the center line, striking a southbound vehicle head on. The driver of the northbound vehicle, a man from Elkhart Lake, had minor injuries – the woman from Colgate who was driving the southbound vehicle refused medical treatment at the scene. 57 was closed for nearly 2 hours as deputies cleared the scene.
