In 1990, Sara and Tec moved part time to Sable Springs Florida and met several lifelong friends. There
she enjoyed golfing and playing bridge. She loved the warm climate and not having to shovel snow.
Later in life she and her husband traveled extensively, Sara continued to travel after Tec’s passing with
her son, Brad and his wife, Laura, and her daughter-in-law, Diana. Sara was always up for a boat ride
around Crystal Lake. She also enjoyed boating in Florida with her son. She also enjoyed feeding the birds
and always made sure to have grape jelly for the orioles and humming bird food for the humming birds.
Sara liked baking and could grow anything, but most of all she loved spending time with her kids and
grandchildren.
