Carol Stephan, age 70, of Plymouth, passed away early
Saturday morning (January 20, 2018) at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan.
She was born on March 1, 1947 at St. Nicholas Hospital, the
second child of Maynard and Joan (Lueck) Stephan.
Carol attended St. John the Baptist Grade School in
Plymouth, and later graduated from Plymouth High School in 1965.
After graduating, Carol spent the late sixties living in
Milwaukee, working and attending art school.
She also traveled to England and even saw her favorite band, The
Beatles, in person.
Carol held various jobs in Plymouth: starting at Rexall
Drugs, Plymouth Foam, Shell Patterns, and eventually retired from Piggly Wiggly
where she will be greatly remembered.
Although she had no family of her own, she was the best Aunt
to all her many nieces and nephews. She
never missed a Birthday card or a Christmas gift and was always helping out
anyone she could. Carol was a unique soul
and will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
Survivors include: Five brothers: Keith (Pat) Stephan,
Timothy (Kim) Stephan, Lee (Dale) Stephan, Michael (Jean) Stephan, and Scott
Stephan, all of Plymouth; One sister: Barbara Southworth of Plymouth; along
with many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Following Carol’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
Memorial Services will be held on Friday (January 26, 2018)
at 3:00 P.M. at the Suchon Funeral Home
in Plymouth. There will be a time
to gather at the funeral home from 2:30 P.M. until the time of services.
Inurnment will take place in the St. John the Baptist
Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in
Carol’s name.
