Betty A. (Dudarenke) Kleine, age 82, of Sheboygan, passed
away peacefully on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Sharon S. Richardson Community
Hospice. On Thursday, March 1, 2018, Donald C. Kleine, age 83, passed away
unexpectedly and joined his loving wife.
Betty was born in Sheboygan on August 6, 1935 to the late
Fred and Helen (Jung) Dudarenke. She attended local schools and graduated from
North High School, class of 1953. She was employed by Kohler Company and St.
Nicholas Hospital. She also served as a poll worker in Sheboygan County for
over 35 years. She volunteered at Bethesda Thrift Store and served as a member
of the Mary Martha Guild within their church. Betty made friends wherever she
went and will be dearly missed.
Donald was born in Sheboygan on September 12, 1934, to the
late Arthur and Dorothy (Gerke) Kleine. He attended local schools and graduated
from Sheboygan Central High in 1952. He was a truck driver for many years at
Sheboygan Brick Co. and Consolidated Freightways. Donald will be remembered as
a patient and loving husband, father, and grandfather.
On September 18, 1954 they were united in marriage at St.
Paul’s Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. Betty and Donald enjoyed many camping
trips together and working in their vegetable and flower gardens. They were
long-time members of Luther Memorial Lutheran Church. They also enjoyed sitting
on their deck watching cardinals and talking with family and dear friends,
especially Carlene “Freckles” Leonard.
They are both survived by a son, Wayne (Wendy) Kleine; a
daughter-in-law, Laurie Kleine; four grandchildren, Stephanie, Melissa,
Kristianne, and Daniel; a sister, Carmen (James) Schultz. They are further
survived by other friends and family.
Betty and Donald were preceded in death by a son Richard, as
well as Betty’s three brothers Walter (Alice), Erwin (Carol) and Gustave; her
sister Erna Radtke; Donald’s brother Arthur (Joan) Kleine; and a nephew Artie
Kleine.
A funeral service for Betty and Donald will be held at 12
NOON on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church, 1127 Eisner
Ave., in Sheboygan with Pastor Adam Barkley officiating. Visitation will be at
the church from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 12 NOON. Entombment will
take place at Lutheran Cemetery.

Oncology. Your care and compassion will be remembered always.
