Mark James Cudworth, age 50, of Glenbeulah, was called to
eternal rest on Thursday evening, June 7, 2018, at the Sharon S. Richardson
Hospice Facility, where he was surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on April 4, 1968, son of Kathleen (Anderson) and
the late Daniel “Butch” Cudworth.
In 1968, he was confirmed in the Lutheran faith at Zion
Lutheran Church in Glenbeulah.
Mark attended Elkhart Lake High School with the Class of
1986.
He attended class while working for Taylor Automotive in
Martin, TN. He resumed his career of
working on cars as a mechanic at Smart Auto and later at Van Horn Automotive.
Mark loved to play hardball, and enjoyed snowmobiling with
his family and friends in the Greenbush area, but his main love was his family.
Mark was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by: His fiancée: Lisa Barts; Son: James Last;
Mother: Kathleen Cudworth; Sister: Michelle (Tim) Wiemann.
He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Mark was preceded in death by his father: Butch.
Following Mark’s wishes, cremation has taken place and A
Celebration of Life was held at an earlier date.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in
Mark’s name.
The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr.
Kumar, the staff at Aurora Vince Lombardi Cancer Center, the staff and
volunteers at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for their wonderful
care and compassion. They would also
like to send sincere thanks to Deb Gray and Lynn Broaddus who were their
guardian angels during this difficult time.
