Judith Mae Uhl, 75, of Sheboygan died at her home on Friday,
August 24, 2018 with her family at her side.
Judy was born on October 30, 1942 in Sheboygan, the daughter
of the late John and Darlyne (Franke) Klabechek. She graduated from Sheboygan
North High School in 1961 and then attended beauty school in Milwaukee. She
worked as a beautician for about ten years. On October 6, 1972 Judy married
Leon A. Uhl in Sheboygan.
Judy had a wide variety of interests. They include
crocheting, knitting, scrapbooking, playing cards, bingo, accordion, and
horseshoes. She was well known for baking her famous sugar cookies as well as
other cooking, baking and cake decorating. Judy enjoyed spending time with her
family and babysitting for many of them.
Judy is survived by her husband of 45 years, Leon Uhl; two
sisters, Joni Klabechek-Dawson of Sheboygan, Jill (Robert) Callahan of
Sheboygan; two brothers, John (June) Klabechek of Lomira and Michael (Karen)
Klabechek of Sheboygan; two sisters-in-law, Kathy Klabechek of Sheboygan and
Donna Strysick of Sheboygan; and one brother-in-law, Roy Uhl of Sheboygan.
Judith is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother,
Richard Klabechek.
No formal services will be held.
Memorials may be sent to Leon in Judy’s memory.

Sue Vollbrecht, Judith’s cousin, for the dedicated and loving care shown to Judith
and her family.
