Marion
Williams (nee Dobson), age 81, of Plymouth, passed away Friday (August 31,
2018).
She was born,
raised, and attended school in Iron River, WI. She attended yearly Alumni
gatherings as she was able.
She married
Ralph Williams and the couple resided in West Bend, WI where they raised their
blended family.
Marion
worked various jobs in health care as a security guard and babysitter. She was
a “Garage Sale Hound” and was a proud “Jack Pine Savage!”
Marion loved
the Lord and spending time in the North Woods and with her family.
Survivors
include her two sons: Bruce (Carol) Williams and David Williams all of
Plymouth; Three step-children: Larry, Mike, Kathy. She is also survived by her
many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She is preceded
in death by her parents: one sister: Myrtle Vikla, half-brother: Ted Dobson and
many, aunts,
uncles, and cousins.
Following
Marion’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held
on Saturday (September 22, 2018) at 11:30 A.M. at First Baptist Church, 2300 S.
Main Street, West Bend, WI, 53095. Rev. Caleb Roth, pastor of the church will
officiate. Inurnment will be in the Iron River Cemetery.
Friends may
gather at the CHURCH on Saturday (Sept. 22) from 11:00 A.M. until time of
services.
In lieu of
flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Marion’s name.
