MILWAUKEE, WI (WHBL) – The Brewers bounced back from a big game one loss and snapped the Houston Astros win streak after a 6-0 victory in Milwaukee on Tuesday night.
Colin Rea got the win after surrendering just four hits over five-plus innings.
Owen Miller crushed a two-run homer while Joey Wiemer also went yard. Brian Anderson went two-for-four with two RBI as Milwaukee improved to 26-22.
Jeremy Pena had two of Houston’s five hits as the Astros’ eight game win streak was snapped with the loss.
The rubber match of this three-game series takes place Wednesday afternoon. Pregame coverage on WHBL begins at 11:35am.
