My Nana was completely and utterly selfless. The embodiment of quiet strength. A style icon that ran around taking care
of everyone around her, but always made time for lipstick, manicures, and the beauty parlor. The greatest chef, hostess,
and caregiver in the land. Collector of thimbles, figurines, fine China, and really, anything that “must have just fallen in
her cart” at TJ Maxx. An avid traveler, music enthusiast, and socialite. Fueled by her faith, DQ Moolattes, brandy waters
with a twist, and the Butterfingers she hid in the top cabinet. A devoted wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-
grandmother. The reason the women in my family are so damn strong. She was my incredible, courageous Nana and she
will be missed by so many. – Alex Gregorski
