Marion L. Meser, 83, of Sheboygan, passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Sharon S. Richardson
Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls. She was born July 27, 1935 in Jefferson County to Arthur and
Clara (Buss) Schultz. Marion was a graduate of North High School in Sheboygan. On August 13, 1955
she was united in marriage to Jack R. Meser at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Sheboygan.
Marion had a heart of gold and enjoyed caring and helping others. She retired as a CNA with the Visiting
Nurses Association. She had a strong faith and was a member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in
Sheboygan. She enjoyed sewing and crocheting, crossword puzzles, reading, feeding and watching
birds, and spending time with her family.
Marion is survived by her children; Steven (Marie) Meser of Sheboygan, Diane (Steven) Rosenthal of
Sheboygan, Kari (John) Jaschinski of Valders, James (Melinda) Meser of Pitkin, LA, Julie (Lee) Mueller of
Green Bay, and Thomas (Kim) Meser of Hortonville, by her grandchildren; Terry Meser, Allen (Nichole)
Meser, Benjamin, Sarah, and Adam Rosenthal, Chelsey Meyer, Nikki (Pete) Noteboom, and Katlin and
Nicholas Meser, by her great-granddaughter Macey Meyer, brothers; Ralph (Janice) Schultz of
Weatherford, TX, Donald “Jake” Schultz of Beaver Dam, and Dennis Schultz of Sheboygan. She is further
survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Marion was preceded in death by her parents,
husband, brothers; Arthur (Donna), David Schultz, and an infant brother Allen, by her sister-in-law Helen
Schultz and her mother and father-in-law Margaret and Henry Meser.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Ballhorn Chapels Funeral
& Cremation Care Center, 1201 N. 8 th St., Sheboygan, with Rev. Jim Schulz officiating. Relatives and
friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from 12:00 NOON until the time of
service at the FUNERAL HOME.
Memorials may be made to Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Marion’s name.
