Edgar “Dusty” Rhoads, 81, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away peacefully
at his home on Thursday, November 15, 2018. He was born June 16,
1937 in Aberdeen, WA to Delbert Wayne and Doris Elaine (Quinlan)
Rhoads.
Dusty proudly served in the US Navy as an electrician working on the
submarines. On August 11, 1986 he was united in marriage to Keri
Prater in Reno, NV.
An avid sports fan, Dusty was always cheering on the Packers and
Brewers, he also enjoyed racing stock cars and playing softball in his
youth. His love of the outdoors led him to his joy of gardening. Family
was most important to Dusty, they were his pride and joy and he would
do anything for them.
He is survived by his wife Keri, son Jeremy (Melanie), daughter Maren
(Larry), grandchildren; Dustin (Raitha), Anthony (Abbie), Skyler, Megan,
Abigail, great-grandchildren, Aubrie and Aiden.
A celebration of Dusty’s life will be held on Saturday, November 24,
2018 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Zimmer-Westview Funeral &
Cremation Care Center, W2132 Garton Rd., Sheboygan.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Dusty’s name.
The family would like to thank the staff of Aurora At Home Hospice for
all their care, comfort, compassion and support.
