Marlee Ann Gamb, 78, of Sheboygan went to be with her heavenly Father on Monday, December 24,
2018, at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center. Marlee was born August 31, 1940 in Sheboygan
to the late Mathew and Flora (Dekker) Gabrielse. She graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School with
the Class of 1958. Married Helmuth Gamb Jr. in 1960.
She was a former member of First Christian Reformed Church and sang with the Deogloria & Cathedral
Choirs. She has been a member of Bethany Reformed Church since 2004.
Marlee worked at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center for 36 years on 2K as a health unit clerk.
She enjoyed her job and coworkers, she always treated the staff and doctors with birthday cards. After
retirement she worked for Medical Employees Credit Union for 8 years part-time She was an avid Packer
and Brewer Fan. She vacationed to many beautiful places with her friends Gen and Pat and going on Fall
rides with Doris.
Marlee is survived by her sons; Charles (Pam) Gamb, Jeffrey (Cindi) Gamb, and Steven (Sherry) Gamb all
of Sheboygan, grandchildren; Stephanie, Emily, Erin and Jerrod and one great-granddaughter Daphne.
She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by
her parents, sisters, Nancy (James) Otte, and Kathleen Knepfel, and two infant brothers.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Ballhorn Chapels Funeral
& Cremation Care Center, 1201 N. 8 th St. Sheboygan, with Rev. Jon Garbison officiating. Relatives and
friends may visit with the family on Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 1:00 PM until the time of service
at the FUNERAL HOME.
In lieu of flowers may be made to Bethany Reformed Church in Marlee’s name.
