Rosemary Miller, age 90, was born on May 16, 1928 and passed away on January 13, 2019 at Kathy
Hospice in West Bend, WI. Rosemary previously lived in Waukesha and Fort Myers, Florida, where she
enjoyed golfing and fishing in her younger days. She was the daughter of the late Rose and Stephan
Haering. Rosemary was united in marriage to Ray Miller on August 31, 1948. Ray preceded her in death
on July 10, 1991.
Rosemary is survived by her two daughters, Stephenie (Edward) Ritger of Random Lake, and Kris Miller
(Mark Emmerling) of Baileys Harbor; five grandchildren, Andrew (Rebecca) Ritger, Katie Ritger, Emily
Ritger (Mike Tutaj), Elizabeth (Jon) Emmerling-Ginnow, and Anna Emmerling; three great-grandchildren,
Cora Ritger, Penelope Ritger, and Eloise Ginnow; Sister, Carol Nordengren; nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, Rosemary was preceded in death by her brother Steven
Haering, sister-in-law, Elaine Hearing, brother-in-law Jack Nordengren, and parents-in-law, Leo and
Sadie Miller.
A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Memorials would be appreciated to either Cedar
Community – Partners in Caring, or Kathy Hospice, and Rosemary’s family wishes to thank both facilities
for the compassionate care given to Rosemary.
