Sharon J. Zelle, 82, of Sheboygan, passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at her home.
She was born June 15, 1937 in Sheboygan to William Zelle and Jeanette (Fahl) Reit. Sharon graduated
from Central High School.
Sharon worked as a Communications Operator for San Bernardino County for 25 years retiring in 1999.
Sharon had a strong faith, she was a devoted member of Evangelical Free Church in Sheboygan. She
enjoyed gardening, reading, quilting, working puzzles and ceramics.
Sharon is survived by her sister Constance Young, nieces; Roberta (Quentin) Blacklock, Cheryl (special
friend Troy Petrowski) Markham, Janell (Randy) Bauhs, and Paula (Steve) Krueger. She is further
survived by many great nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her
parents and great-nephew David Markham.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, December 30, 2019 at 3 PM at Evangelical Free Church,
1710 N 15 th St., in Sheboygan, with Rev. Jon MacDonald officiating. Relatives and friends may visit with
the family on Monday, at church, from 2 PM until the time of service at the CHURCH.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Sheboygan Humane Society in Sharon’s name.
