SEATTLE, WA (WHBL) – The Milwaukee Brewers swept the Mariners with a 5-3 win in Seattle on Wednesday afternoon.
Milwaukee trailed 2-0 in the seventh inning until Luke Voit singled-home a run and Brice Turang drove in two more as part of a five-run inning.
Eric Lauer got the win after pitching seven-plus innings of two-run ball.
The Brewers improved to 14-5 , good for first place in the NL Central.
The Crew has Thursday off, then they’ll return to American Family Field to open a three-game weekend series against the Boston Red Sox.
Freddy Peralta is scheduled to start for the Brewers.
