The Dairy Innovation Hub will host the annual Dairy Symposium event on Thursday, May 18 at the Pyle Center on the UW–Madison campus. This event is a little different than the Dairy Summit, which is held in the fall and formatted for a public audience. Dairy Symposium is a day-long, data-rich event for academic colleagues, students, and trainees at the Hub’s three campuses, sharing the Hub’s most advanced funded research.
