Ann M. Michielli was born on August 25, 1927, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
She is the daughter of the late Salvatore and Palma (Pirola) Paccagnella.
She attended schools in the Milwaukee area. Upon graduating from High School in 1945,
Ann was employed at Harnishfeger Corporation for 16 years and later at John F. Catalane
and Associates until June 1968.
On June 22, 1968, she was united in marriage to Edward P. Michielli at St Rita’s Catholic
Church in West Allis, Wisconsin. She then moved to Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin and
was employed at Curt G. Joa Inc. from July of 1968 until her retirement on May 15,
1992.
She was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church in Sheboygan Falls.
Ann always enjoyed keeping in touch with her family and friends. She loved to read,
travel, and taking her many walks. She also loved her stage plays (esp. Broadway
Shows), shopping, and listening to music.
She is survived by her sister Betty Merkt, sister-in-law Amelia Michielli, brother-in-law
Richard Wergin, and her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, especially Faye
Flom, Dan and Jane Van Wyk, “Midge”, and Debbie Meise.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, her step-mother Rosa (Stea) Paccagnella, her
husband Edward Michielli, her sister’s Mary (Mario) D’Acquisto, Tina (Richard)
Wergin, Frances (Carl) Parise, brother-in-law’s Mario D’Acquisto, Carl Parise, Miles
Merkt, Bernard Michielli, Victor Michielli, Albert Michielli, sister-in-law’s Margaret
(William) Tresedder, Mabel (James) Anderle, Vera (Warren) Heidenreiter, Linda
Schommer, and Erma (Adam) Herrmann.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls
on Friday, March 24, 2023, at 12:00 pm with Fr. Jonathan Schmeckel officiating.
Visitation will take place at church from 11:00 am until the time of Mass at 12:00 pm.
Burial will take place at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Sheboygan Falls.
In lieu of cash donations and flowers, please consider a donation to Ann’s favorite
Charities; St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, St. Lawrence Seminary of Mt Calvary
Wisconsin, and Paralyzed Veterans of America.
A special thanks from the family for the care Ann received at Zilber Hospice Care in
Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
