MADISON, WI (WHBL) – The Wisconsin Badgers, leading by one at halftime, pulled away from Iowa in the second half for a 64-52 win on Wednesday night.
Connor Essegian had 17 points, Tyler Wahl contributed a double-double with 11 points and 14 rebounds and Chucky Hepburn had 12.
The Badgers have swept both their meetings with the Hawkeyes this season, having won in OT in Iowa earlier this year.
Wisconsin improves to 16-11 overall and 8-9 in the Big Ten.
The Badgers play Michigan on Sunday
