A holiday beloved by kids and adults – Halloween – will soon be upon us, with every city having their own dates and times for the annual Trick-or-Treat festivities. This year, the city of Sheboygan will be hosting their Trick-or-Treating on Halloween itself, a unique decision as October 31st falls on a Monday this year.
Occurring from 4:00-7:00 p.m., the City of Sheboygan has posted guidelines and safety tips for parents in their monthly newsletter. Such measures include: leaving on exterior lights for Trick-or-Treaters, remove objects from your yard that might present a hazard, drive slowly all evening, slow down and be especially alert in residential neighborhoods as children are excited on Halloween and “may move in unpredictable ways”, but on a lighter note added: “Let’s have a spooky and fun Halloween for all!”
More information on Trick or Treat and other community events and issues is available through the “Sheboygan Insider”, the city’s regular newsletter. That can be accessed through this link.
