As the seasons begin to change in the state of Wisconsin, many people do not want to sacrifice their hardly cultivated gardens to the cold and snow of the fall and winter. For Sheboygan residents there may be solutions as Christina Wilke-Burbach will be offering a free workshop at the Mead Public Library Imaginarium that will teach people about the cold weather crops and plants that thrive under colder conditions and temperatures. It will also cover strategies and techniques for outdoor gardening in autumn and winter with vegetables, herbs, and flowers.
The class will take place on Monday September 12 from 5:45-7:45 p.m. Registration for the event is currently full, but please check https://www.meadpl.org/event/
