With school now out, Sheboygan DPW crews have begun work on a stretch of North 10th Street that’s usually busy with North High School traffic. North 10th Street between North Avenue and School Avenue will eventually get new asphalt pavement after repairs to the existing pavement and underlying sewers.
The street will be closed to through traffic at times, with the first closure through about the next three weeks as sewer work gets first attention. Placement of the new asphalt will happen at a future date still to be scheduled, but the entire project should be done by late July, weather permitting.
