ABUJA (Reuters) – The Nigerian authorities suspect the insurgent group Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) of carrying out a massacre in a Catholic church on Sunday that killed at least 22 people, Interior Minister Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola said on Thursday.
