The latest data from the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development shows steady employment rates in Sheboygan County during March.
The total potential labor force fell by 35 persons to 62,765, and of that, 61,144 were employed. That leaves 1,621 without work, amounting to a 2.6% unemployment rate, unchanged over the previous month.
The DWD said that unemployment rates declined in all 72 Wisconsin counties over the year, and decreased or stayed the same in 62 of those counties compared to the previous month.
