A Sheboygan Falls High School senior is one of 12 statewide winners in the Wisconsin Money Smart Essay Contest, a scholarship program of the state Department of Financial Institutions and the Wisconsin Coalition on Student Debt.
Emma Arneson of Sheboygan Falls was awarded a $1,000 Wisconsin Edvest gift certificate for her winning essay about how she plans to finance her college education, and is the only one in easst central Wisconsin among the 12 winners.
Arneson’s essay was judged based on identifying funding sources for college and explaining how to manage student loan debt. Arneson will graduate on June 4th.
