Christine Neubauer

Christine (Chris) Ann Neubauer, 56, of Plymouth passed away while surrounded by loved ones on
Saturday, January 29 th , 2022, at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice Center.
Chris was born on October 4 th , 1965, in Port Washington, WI to Leo and Margaret (Helton) Phelps. She
attended school in West Bend. Over the years Chris had a variety of careers including operating her own
cleaning service and working in various retail positions. She was also proud mother and homemaker for
three children. Chris enjoyed fishing, thrifting, visiting parks and zoos, and spending time with her
family.
Chris is survived by her three children Jessica (Adam) Anderson, Justin (Brianne) Neubauer, and
Savannah Neubauer as well as three grandchildren Teysa, Emma, and Hadrian Anderson. She is also
survived by her two brothers John (Annette) Phelps and Kevin (Rosemary) Phelps as well as nieces, a
nephew, and other family and friends. Chris was preceded in death by her parents Leo and Margaret
Phelps.
Cremation will take place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date for close family and friends.
