FARGO, ND (KFGO) – Friday, Fargo officers arrested Simon Habonimana, 22 of Fargo, in connection to last Saturday’s riot for Armed Rioter (B Felony) and Attempted Assault on a Peace Officer (C Felony).
18 total arrests have been made in connection to the riot.
