PARIS (Reuters) – Israel has reported an outbreak of highly pathogenic H5N1 bird flu on a poultry farm in Nahalal in the north of the country, the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) said on Friday.
The outbreak killed 100 poultry birds, with another 25,000 in the flock slaughtered, the OIE said, citing a report from the Israeli authorities.
