Linda C. Sundee, age 76 of Plymouth passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at her home with her
loving family beside her.
Linda was born on May 5, 1945 in Joplin, Missouri a daughter to the late Donald and Junice (Riemer)
Thede. She graduated from Sheboygan South High School with the “Class of 63”. She was united in
marriage to James Sundee on September 3, 1966. Primarily a homemaker Linda took courses in
medical records transcription after raising her daughters and went to work in medical records with the
Visiting Nurse Association which later became part of the Aurora Health System.
Linda was an avid reader and anyone who visited in her home was witness to the many books she had
read. She also loved horses and rooted for the Packers. She loved spending time with friends and
family. She was very devoted to her work in medical records and the family she had there.
Linda is survived by her two daughters, Julie Sippel and Jodi Brienen both of Plymouth; her
grandchildren, Kristin Sippel, Tegan Hatch and Colin Sundee; a great granddaughter, Crystal Burke; her
sister, Judy (Larry) Baldock of Brillion and her brothers, Terry (Marlene) Thede of St. Ann, Gary (Barb)
Thede and Jeff (Mary) Thede, both of Plymouth. Nieces, nephews and other family members further
survive. She was preceded in death by a sister Wanda (Thede) Schultz and a niece Tabitha Thede.
Following cremation a private graveside service will be held at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Plymouth.
A special thank you to all of Linda’s caregivers at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for all of
their care and compassion, especially Mary Ann, Kim, Valerie and Amanda.
