MILWAUKEE, WI (WHBL) – The Milwaukee Brewers split a four-game series with the San Diego Padres after a 6-5 walk-off victory in 10 innings on Thursday afternoon.
Jackie Bradley Jr. hit the walk-off single in the bottom of the tenth that gave the Brewers the victory.
Willy Adames led the Crew with four hits and four RBI. He hit his first homer as a Brewer and made a trio of phenomenal defensive plays. Brent Suter earned the win after tossing a scoreless 10th.
The Brewers are headed to Washington, D.C. for the weekend to take on the Nationals in a three-game series that begins Friday night. Pregame coverage on WHBL begins at 5:30.
