(Reuters) – Wyoming on Wednesday sued the Biden administration over its pause on new oil and gas leasing on federal lands.
The state, a top U.S. oil and gas producer, asked a federal court to stop the U.S. Department of Interior from implementing a ban on federal oil and gas lease sales, according to court documents.
