Walgreens stores have now begun taking appointments for vaccinations against the SARS-CoV-2 virus responsible for COVID-19. The vaccines were made available through the Federal Retail Pharmacy Program. Even though not all stores are participating, four in Sheboygan County are. Those include the Eastern Avenue, Plymouth location, and in Sheboygan, stores on South Business Drive, 14th and Erie and on North Avenue and Calumet Drive offer the vaccinations.
Appointments must be scheduled, and if you’re not in Phase 1A, or 65 or older, you’ll have to wait your turn. Signup is done through Walgreen’s online portal, and a call center is planned for those without internet access.
