MilliporeSigma Delivers Masks to Sharon S. Richardson Hospice
Masks to protect against catching contagious diseases have been a global hot commodity for over a year now, but The Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice won’t have to worry quite so much about its supply, thanks to the donation of over 10,000 masks from MilliporeSigma.
Dawn Weidemann, the site training coordinator for MilliporeSigma, noted the need for Richardson to keep caregivers, patients and families safe, as services are provided both in the hospice and other settings.
Richardson’s Director of Development and Communications, Charmaine Conrad, said the donation is greatly appreciated, and will help the hospice provide their service safely wherever it’s needed, whether at the hospice, in the patients’ homes, nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
