MADISON, WI (WHBL) — The Wisconsin Badgers bounced back from their loss to Penn State Saturday and topped the Nittany Lions 72-56 Tuesday night at the Kohl Center.
Jonathan Davis had a career high 17 to lead the Badgers. Brad Davison added 13 while Micah Potter added 12 points and eight rebounds.
The Badgers scored 15 of the first 17 points in the 2nd half to pull away.
Myeron Jones led Penn State with 14 points. John Harrar scored 10 points and was the only other player in double figures for the Nittany Lions. P-S-U falls to 6-8 and 3-7 in the Big Ten.
Wisconsin improves to 14-5, 8-4 in the Big Ten. The Badgers will visit Illinois on Saturday.
