(WHBL) – Maintenance workers will be busy on I-43 in southern Sheboygan County on Tuesday, and the State DOT is asking motorists to slow down and be mindful of those crews.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Wisconsin has averaged nearly 2,700 construction zone accidents each year since 2014.
Your caution will be needed between 8 AM and noon on Tuesday, when the beam guard on northbound I-43 at Amsterdam Road south of Cedar Grove will be repaired, requiring closure of the right lane.
