(WHBL) – Wisconsin 27th District Assembly Representative Tyler Vorpagel of Plymouth said that he was disappointed with Governor Evers’ State of the State address. Vorpagel zeroed in on what he called an attempt by the Governor to “shift the blame for the short comings of his administration,” especially as it concerns the handling of the massive backlog to unemployment insurance claims filed by people caught in the midst of the pandemic.
Vorpagel said, “Being in divided government should not mean that we aren’t working together to find solutions to issues that face Wisconsin,” and that he’s hopeful that going forward, the Governor and Legislature can find common ground.
