(WHBL) – 494 students of UW-Green Bay campuses, which includes Sheboygan, won’t be putting on caps and gowns this year. If not for the pandemic, this would have been the first time that graduates from all four campuses would have gathered together for the ceremonies. Instead, the 14 Sheboygan graduates will join the rest of their class with others receiving their diplomas during the Spring 2021 event.
Chancellor Mike Alexander said that he was “extremely proud of the members of the entire four-campus community,” noting that the class and faculty overcame challenges not seen by previous generations, yet persisted to degree completion.
The Spring Commencement will be the University’s 102nd such observance.
