Lois Doro

Lois Doro, 84, passed away on November 30, 2020, at Shores of Sheboygan. She was born in the Town of
Holland to the late Oscar and Helen (Brasses) Hilbelink.
She enjoyed bird watching with cardinals being her favorite, dancing to polka music, listening to country
music and church services, taking Sunday drives and coloring. Lois was a homemaker and loved
spending time with her family. She will be missed deeply.
Lois is survived by her children, Carl Doro, Linda Lohse and Lori Oakley, Scott Doro, Keith Lohse, Jeff
Lohse; stepchildren, Richerd, Martey, Lucy, and Iren; 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; Carol
Meyer, Barbara (David) Schmidt, Kenny Hilbelink, Orland Hilbelink, David (Leanne) Hilbelink, Gary
Hilbelink, and Richard Hilbelink; nieces, nephews, other family and friends further survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Reuben Lohse and her second husband
Arno Doro; siblings, Eugene Hilbelink, Bruce Hilbelink, Jerry Hilbelink, and Irene Wilson.
A time of gathering will be held on Friday, December 18, 2020, at Zimmer Westview Funeral and
Cremation Care Center, W2132 Garton Road, from 9AM until 10:30AM with a private family service to
follow. Lois will be laid to rest in Hingham Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been established in Lois’s name.
