KYIV (Reuters) – The Ukrainian parliament must amend legislation governing the work of the national anti-corruption bureau (NABU) to comply with a ruling by the constitutional court, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s office said in a statement on Tuesday.
The statement also said that NABU’s independence must be safeguarded and that a court had no power to dismiss the head of the bureau.
