Cynthia A. Kinas (Listle),67, of Manitowoc, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at Havenfield of Chilton surrounded by the love of her family.
Cynthia was born May 18, 1959, to Robert and Marlene (Adams) Listle. She grew up in Newburg and Spirit, Wisconsin and graduated from West Bend High School in 1977. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in 1999 from Silver Lake College. Throughout her career, Cynthia worked in insurance underwriting for several local insurance companies.
On November 7, 1981, she was united in marriage with Randall Kinas Sr in South Carolina. He preceded her in death on May 26, 2026.
Cynthia was a passionate supporter of small businesses, and loved crafting, thrifting, and comedy, especially Jeff Dunham. Above all, Cynthia treasured the time she spent with her grandson, Jasper. She possessed a spirited personality and resilience, allowing her strength and spark to shine through even during life’s greatest challenges.
Cindy is survived by her children, Barbara (Michelle) Kinas and Randall (Leah) Kinas II; her grandchildren Jasper Shesta and Skylar Waterman; her mother Marlene Listle; her brothers Roger (Sharon Schweikert) Listle and Mark (Darcy Johnson) Listle; her sister Joy (Derek) Schilling; her brother-in-law Daniel Kinas, Jr.; as well as many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Randy; her father Robert Listle; her sister Michelle Listle; her brother David Listle; her parents-in-law Daniel and Lois Kinas; and her brother-in-law John Kinas.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation at Wenig Funeral Home, 108 Center Avenue, Oostburg, on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. with a service at 1:00 p.m. Cynthia will be laid to rest beside Randy at Oostburg Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in her name.
