Multiple Sheboygan County products have classified in the competition to decide “The Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin”, a contest conducted by Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce in partnership with BMO. In all, 108 candidates will compete in the 11th annual contest that showcases the state’s $73.8 billion manufacturing industry and its high-tech, high-skill, and high-pay career opportunities.
Sheboygan County nominees include Sheboygan’s 3 Sheeps Brewing Company’s “Stay Golden” beer; Tap handles from Random Lake’s Hankscraft AJS Tap Handles; Johnsonville’s Beer Bratwurst; Sheboygan’s Rockline Industries’ Household Disinfectant Wipes; Sartori of Plymouth’s Cheese Bites; and VibeTech3 Therapeutic Technology from Sheboygan’s VibeTech Enterprises, LLC.
The nominated Wisconsin-made products will first compete in a Popular Vote Round beginning Monday, September 21st. The Top-16 vote earners will advance to the Manufacturing Madness round of the competition, competing in rounds of head-to-head matchups until one winner is crowned.
Voting is now open to the public at www.madeinwis.com, and voters are encouraged to vote once daily. The winner will be announced at WMC’s Business Day in Madison on October 27th.
