The Hallway at A Million Dreamz Child Care Center in Sheboygan
A Million Dreamz, Sheboygan’s only 24-hour, 365-day-per-year daycare center, has announced a change of leadership.
Executive Director Angel Berry announced on Thursday that Board of Directors President, Steve Schmitt, is stepping down in order to spend more time on leading his family’s Joseph Schmitt Construction business, and spending more time with his family.
Under Schmitt’s directorship, A Million Dreamz grew from a fledgling startup organization into the Nonprofit of the Year in Sheboygan County. Filling the position for the time being as Board President Pro Tem is Britney Damkot of Sheboygan County Public Health.
Berry said that the organization intends to grow its Board of Directors, and is encouraging those who are passionate about bolstering early childhood education in Sheboygan County to reach out.
